以VS 2019为例

1、把..\freeglut\bin\x64文件夹下的freeglut.dll复制到C:\Windows\System32文件夹下

2、把..\freeglut\lib\x64文件夹下的freeglut.lib复制到C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Enterprise\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.27.29110\lib\x64文件夹下

3、把..\freeglut\include文件夹下的GL文件夹复制到C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Enterprise\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.27.29110\include文件夹下

以VS 2019为例

1、打开x64 Native Tools Command Prompt for VS 2019

2、定位到fftw-3.3.5-dll64目录下
